Rest day today for tomorrow we race
Plan:
4 blocks of the following:
10 min warmup
4 mins at 270
1 min rest
4 mins at 270
1 min rest 1 min flat out,
4 mins rest.
Finally 5 min cool-down
Actual:
Completed 3/4 of session room to warm. Started well though, good sensations in the legs
This weekend my garmin 705 decided that it would throw a wobbly while recording my workout.
After some playing around this is how I fixed it.
Instructions:
==========
1) Make a copy of the tcx file
2) Open the file in Visual Studio
3) Click 'Reformat Selection' so that we have a proper tree xml structure
4) Click 'XML' -> 'Create Schema' this will parse the xml and show you the
broken bits, fix as the above or below track points. You will prob notice
most of the time it is just missing a xml ending token.
5) Save when done.
